that looks like a 0.01ohm resistor. check the component that looks like it should be identical. just realised post is old but will put it here anyway.

Nissan Alteon Cummins Cm850 ECU Repair
The ecu part no is 4921776.
On the attached image you can see the blown parts.
May i have some help in finding the part number?
