If you can't find a solution, I always thought pulling P0L.4 (pin 104) to ground during software reset was standard procedure to enter bootloader mode on C167-based ECUs.Cpu.jpg
The pin also serves as AD4 hence traces near the flash are often used.
Tried booting pin 104, grounding with 0.5kohm and 1kohm...nothing

Screenshot png attachment says 5Kohms resistor, Siemens says typical is 8KOhms.
I wonder whether your pull down resistor isn't large enough- there could be another chip attached to the line keeping the pin pulled high.
I haven't worked with these ECUs and depending on whether it's a customer's or spare I understand you may not be able to experiment freely.
You might have seen it already but attached is the Bootstrap manual. 4.1.1 is relevant. Sagem can only go off what is written there.

You've arranged the ECU upside down! By your image so connections will be on B and C, none in A!

Pinout is correct, i can id ecu via "obd" tool reading (by pinout connection) but have trouble boot mode read/id

Ok you might be able to use plugA H4 + plugB B4 as +12v supply pins but I use only one pin in plugC of H1. The rest can be the same.
Anyway none of all test pads in #3 are P0L4, you need the MCU pin104 or trace to flash pin24 as said above, a good pad also locates between the flash and the nearest bolt.
Works 1kohm boot on MCU pin104 (fifth from the end on my photo) and flash pin 24

Its damaged ecu and it wont communicate...flash is dead and i want to write on new ecu
