1. What is a meta code to activate them? I'm clueless as i've never done this before...

2. The maps for Portugal are probably in these files below, would I have to download them all , how would I know which one is the correct one i'm looking for? As I understand the 1040_ xxxx is the version installed on my GPS, correct? What does the 9799, 9804, 9849, etc mean?
