Vectra C 2002 Cim replacement

Hi, I want to change Cim, I have so many issues and I am sure it is Cim.
1)
Donor Cim should be the same code parts as Original cim ?
Someone told me that is some part model who is less defective

2) If I buy reseted Cim with tech2 from ebay, Do I need donor keys or new keys or can I use my original keys ?
3) If I buy just a key, second one can be programmed with op-com ?(Also the second key will be a scrap key)

On Astra H/VECTRA C cim i know that you can reset a used CIM from doner car with doner pin, then install it and then program it using YOUR keys with YOUR pin, Is tihs afirmation corect ?

If you have another identical CIM you can just swap the 93C56 eeproms and it will not need programming

And if different alpha code and version ? Mine is LHD and alpha code is XU, I found one RHD and DM alpha code

and if I do not have ? I need to reset original cim and bought scrap keys that comes with donor cim, right? If I have identical Cim do I need pin code from donor ?

You need pin from car
You can buy CIM with pin or virgin/Reseted
You can buy CIM and if its same You can swap eeprom/motorola
You can buy CIM and read pin.
You can use "old" keys from car.
You can use OP-COM to program cim and keys(new keys too) but You need pin.

If I buy different cim I have to read car pin from psg16 with carprog, but for donor cim I need to work on bench right ? I own just carprog and opcom
