VAG EDC17/MED17 ECU clone

hello all,
how can i clone VAG EDC17/MED17 ECUs?
Ist it possible with FVDI2018,or is possible directly with KTag(V7.020) or Kess (V5.017), EUclone red PCB ?
I have here broken MED17.5 0261s04240 AUDI A3 2008. I have read it with Ktag.
I have order FVDI2018, it come next week. But i'm not sure, if i can clone VAG MED17 with FVDI2018.
Have anybody experience with this?

eprom/micro has to be prepared before writing in donor ecu...
or write direct immo off...

no, not possible directly...

if you have both ori reads, and both donor reads...
you can post it, and with the help of someone here to transfer immo from ori to donor...

For MED 17 there is an immo off solution in flash,need to write in boot mode the immo off file.Must do that on donor ECU with same hw and sw nr.

You can read CS + Pin with AVDI and put in donor ECU. Cloning not possible because MED17 has some bytes in the MPC called OTP (one time programming). These can be written just one time from the dealer and you can't write them anymore.

Some med17 can be cloned (full backup) see N55B30 engines (MEVD17.2.6).

Cant really help because I also paid last mate here for doing the job...
But basic oot questions, what tools will help to transfer data? Somebody will lights up the dark ?

AVDI can do this ... i think, FVDI can this too. My new FVDI2018 works not right jet, unfortunatelly. Therefore i need help.

with fvdi you can read pin and cs but not 2014 at least 2018 going upwards
