PUG 307 turn dash and head ligths 4 min after turn key off

Got this peugeot 307 1.4 hdi from 2002 that turn on dash and front head lights 1:34 min after turn key off and close the doors .
And remote not work, got to unlock the door manually and them lights and dashboard turn off , and all work"s again.
Fist I resolder all BSM and it stay good , but after connect AC plug motor it goes bad again !
So I order one BSM from Ebay , but no luck , just put terminal cable in batt, and immediately head lamps ligths come on !
Width the BSI disconnected same appends
I clean engine bay GND points
Were should i look more ?

Sometimes in LCD appears " Automatic ligths error " But the car not have it in com2000

Hi folk"s
I found the solution , in my case was the starter
But I read and work in the car over one month and this can be caused from bads grounds, 12v missing BSM / BSI e.t.c
So !! is never the same situation
