You need to supply the GPU using an 8pin connector off the PSU (power supply unit). If your PSU doesn't have one then it most likely doesn't output enough power to even handle a RX 470.
If you have two 6 pin connectors you can buy an adapter to merge 2 six pins into an 8 pin.
From your picture, your PC looks like a prebuilt system made for offices so it probably wont have a compatible power supply unit, or a CPU powerful enough the drive the graphics card.
what are your specs?
Hi.
The computer I think is quite powerful. I enclose photos of the characteristics of the PC and the GPU.
What is strange is that there is no 6-pin connector on the motherboard or some extra connector on the power supply. I don't know where I should connect GPU. Maybe I can buy a dual output power adapter and thus take advantage of one that is being occupied.
What is your advice ?

Check the motherboard and graphics card slot and see if its fan is running while turning on the laptop/PC. If not then your graphics card might be faulty or damaged. Turn off your system and remove the card. You can check whether the wires of the circuit are loose or faulty and you can solder them in order to fix it.
