    Unhappy audi A1 cigarette smell

    Hi All

recently bought audi A1 , previous owner was a smoker ( got car cheaper)

I have steam cleaned the carpets and used upholstery cleaner on the seats, cleaned plastic surfaces but smell persists

only big item left is the head lining but i am reluctant to try to clean it in case i damage it. does it come out to clean?

    any suggestions or help appreciated

    thanks for looking

White vinegar is a odor neutraliser. a small amount in a deep bucket that you can drive around without spilling for a couple of days should do it
