Default Advice on which OBD odometer correction tool to buy

Hi. I want to buy an OBD odometer correction tool but despite my Google Fu powers can't get a clear answer.
I will mainly work with Hyundai (Santa Fe and Tucson) and Kia (Sorento and Sportage) from 2005 and up.
    I have on watchlist the OBDSTAR X300 PRO3, XTOOL X100 and MT604.
I any of you can say anything good or bad about those devices or suggest another I will be thankful.

Sorry but if your budget is only $300 to get into mileage work. Damage one car it can cost you way more than $300 to put right.
