    Default Peugeot 508 RXH Hybrid4 P1AC4

    Hello.

    I have a 2013 Peugeot 508 RXH with Hybrid4 system.
    About a month ago car has started to make a bad sounds and after 150 km noises become much louder. Tow to home and start checking - reversible alternator bearing fell apart. I'm removed it (i'm working in car garage) and replaced a bearing. Everything seems ok, but after replace there was a few errors in HCU1: P16B5, P1AC4, U12C6 (4 times), U0167 and one in HCU2: P1B1B. None of them are able to clear, not even for a moment.
    Since I have a possibility to use a Peugeot diagnostic software (Pass-Thru) connected and make a belt replace procedure. Then every error vanished. And hybrid working, I'm been able to drive it, but when I speed up and then start braking on dash there is "Engine fault". In engine ECU - no errors, in ABS/ESP - no errors (replaced electric vacuum pump cause in fell apart inside, after that replace a fuse and make a reinitialisation procedure in ABS ecu). In HCU1 - P1AC4 and U12C6 (again 4 times). Im been able to clear them, but they still coming back (no pattern here - sometimes its 20km, sometimes 1,5 km.)

    Any ideas? What to check?

    I managed to solve this problem by myself. If anyone have this in future - try to connect additional ground cable to rear traction engine (electric one) and run Adapt procedure of reversible alternator and traction engine again. In my case It work like a miracle. No more errors till now

    sounds like steel block and aluminium corroded

    Hi, can I ask what interweave did you use for passthru please? As I’m using kts570 and I have no access to the hybrid module at all through for some reason says “no colculator” only I think 3 modules are available

    Witam, Tak z polski ale nie wiem czy można tak wiec 570 powinna jeszcze lepiej działać ale myśle ze to może być spowodowane tym ze mam Windows 10 64bit i dlatego mam brak kalkulatora wszędzie. Po czyszczeniu i zalaniu nowego oleju poskładane wszytko i jest masakra auto nie odpala i błędów przybyło

    p0c17- rotor position sensor position not lerned
    woec oczywiście jest potrzebna adaptacja z czego kts niby jest opcja i przechodzi ale nic to nie zmienia i pytanie jest czy reduktor to śmieć już i dlatego elektryka pokazuje ze ok a ja mechanika rozsypana czy potrzebny jest Diagbox żeby to zrobić
    z tym autem to w ogóle masakra bo nawet do bsi nie mogę wejść kts-em chyba ze mi kabel siada bo już w jednym Volvo miałem problem żeby wejść do ecu ale to by było trochę dziwne ze nie mam połączenia tylko z niektórymi modułami. Już mi głowa chyba wyparowała może jakiś numer telefonu poproszę ro zadzwonię jak będę coś działał. Jutro zamierzam podłożyć kompa z innym systemem ale chyba teraz znów będę musiał wykupić token bo jest przypisany do komputera dzięki za odpowiedz
