BMW Software Recommendation

Hi guys

I've bought both a ENET and a k+DCAN cable and I'm now looking for some software to use with them.

From what I've been reading my software options include ISTA, INPA, ESYS...etc

I would like to be able to do diagnostic and maybe some basic programming on E/F series.

Is there a good all rounder software out there that isn't going to take up 20gb of space?

ISTA D AND INPA wont take more than 20Gb
Enet cable is not compatible with E series
Kdcan for E series and backwards ,used with INPA and ISTA-D
Enet cable for F series used with ESYS,but i dont know how small/large is this software
