Hi, my astra g is starting hard on first key, when it is cold, Spark plugs are fine

P0380 is relevant to the complaint- check glow plug module for correct operation. But seeing you have errors on other sensors too check for broken wiring particularly around battery tray.

You mean pre-heating module ? What can be wrong with it

Yes that's the module. Everything could be wrong with it. It's an over grown relay- could be broken windings, broken springs, dirty contacts, water ingress, rusted connector, loose plug connector......
Multimeter is your friend.

I'm going to go with broken wiring like I said.
Battery trays require some patience on this, if the fixing bolts aren't stripped and rusted they're never fixed in place without it pinching and chafing wiring somewhere under and round it.
Plus GM chose the most brittle plastic they could to use as clips.

Start inspecting.

Diesel dont have spark plugs, they have glow plugs

i would guess edu in the loop

crank the shit out of it, see what color if any exhaust smoke you get
