Change mileage Skyline V35

Hello,

I have been trying to change the mileage from 126600 to 118000 miles without much luck. I am getting the usual 500k+ values. Tried it with the swap bytes but that hasn't helped. I am using Tachosoft and Ponyprog, eeprom is a 93c66.

Also tried to write the dump onto a new chip but the values were off and the gauge needles were all over the place, same with swap bytes.

Although the cluster came in kilometers, it has been reprogrammed to miles at some point.

Any help appreciated!

Sorry, I am being an idiot.

Forgot to swap bytes for the whole dump before using the algorithm , swapped them over again and works a treat!

Any ideas how to figure out the calibration data for mph to kph?
