Default 2015 ford transit no start after correction

Stuck on a job and the truck will not start. It is a 2015 Ford Transit 350. I removed the 95320 and corrected it. When I reinstalled the eprom I did not see pins 1 and 2 were shorted together. I only noticed when I remove the cluster again and corrected the short. I went back to the original eeprom and it still will not start. A friend said that this truck don't even need a cluster to start so it should not be the cluster. Any advice would help me thanks in advance.
Edit: I tried disconnecting the battery also.

Try to use a new eprom and write original file in it.
    Think your file looks okay.

Starter cranks or not, i had several Ford Transit after reprograming ecu, starter not cranking.
After i start direct from relay, everything works well again.

Sounds like the ignition barrel broke. There is some kind of fault
with that vehicle the fact the milage is “incorrect”

i also had this issue after ecu programming in a FORD RANGER, no start/crank by key, but 100% engine start by bypass the relay !

any idea what's the reason, or maybe the solution ??
