Can 45 version be unlocked to 80 or even more?

Cost is 650 + 50 shipping, to get other remaped ecu. Original ecu may not be possibleto read or write... I do not know. They are all selling old ecus and remap them. But there must be some way. Someone know the solution how to remap ori, but not want to share this info

I have this car remapped since a long time ago
On new ecu you must replace ECU first
On old cars without dealer update ECU after July 2016 you can chiptune with OBD without replacing ecu
