I think the welder is a bit acceptable but the heat gun won't work for you. I would look for a heat gun with adjustable temperature

I think the soldering iron is not for intensive use but it is good if you used it occasionally. Sorry for my bad English

KSGER both soldering and heat gun stations are small and good qualitey.
You use T12 irons - if you dont solder much you can use China ones - or you can buy Hakko irons.
