Default F30 FEM broken pcb pad when desoldering 95128

    Hi, I have broken 2 pads when desoldering eeprom 95128 FEM 2013 F30 USA 315mhz, automatic 8HP.
I will try to find connecting point on the other side of pcb but I dont think it will help. At now car cant see FEM anymore.
Is there any chance to exchange for used FEM? I have good FEM from F20 EU 868mhz, without key, different SWFL.
I have read ori FEM coding & ee with VVDI2. Can VVDI2 exchange FEM for used one?
    What is the best option?
I have also BMW Explorer (clone)
Do I need also ISTA to complete procedure?

When I program f20 donor fem with eeprom from F30 ori fem, then I can see it has changed to 315mhz.
I can read ISN from ECU, and renew keys, I have also new keys.
But dont know if I can complete all procedures with my tools. I have old ista, long time didnt use.

Temporary repair. Car alive. Key added.
I had to change new eeprom because old I think is broken.

Read with clamp with VVDIprog. Clean legs.

Whilst you can, melt down a candle, mix with a handful of DK THANKS, then pour
the wax and thanks on that wire, let it cool, can be removed if needed

without issues if you work carefully. I read memory 5 times and check.
I will never desolder this chip again. more risky than reading in circuit. (too much glue resin etc)
