HGV interface Advice

Hi there.

I need some advice for tool/interface for diagnostics HGV (trucks, Lorry) in Great Britain (UK).
What you recomended tool for start, not expensive, can be interface to connect on a Laptop.

I know Delphi DS150e maybe will good but they is up 2014.. maybe 2016 but if i think firmware and softeare on 2016 maybe couldnt work well sometimes

Any diffrent preferences..
