2016 Jetta vw11 airbag clear please

Hello to all. Please clear this vw11 whit spc56ap54. Data flash read by upa-s. Here on DK I found other threads about spc56 and there was info about that upa can not write this mcu with clear file, is this true, can someone confirm?
