    Default peugeot 406 2002 RFN Alternator wiring

    hi
    please need help with a peugeot 406 2002 RFN engine alternator. its a brown connector with two pins. the wires are not there. i checked all the AC compressor wiring , engine oil sensor wire and power steering pressure sensor wires are there. i checked all the harness way to the ECU, nothing. please need help with this.

    Odd, if they is nobody looking, get a 501 bulb, one wire of bulb to ignition switched off under bonnet fusebox,
    then poke and hope the other side to one of smaller pins on alternstor

    thanks for ur reply. yeah i checked with a bulb to the excitation pin, bulb goes off when engine starts. but i need wiring diagram to the system from the alternator. coz the MFD shows "battery charging fault" . and the battery indicator in the dash is lit.

    thanks . yes its the correct one. how come the wiring to the alternator isnt there.
