Reply With Quotedo a scan of the vehicle when it's not starting with mb star...look at actual values of ezs and live data.....that should give you a pretty good idea of where the problem is. based on the info you provided if i had to take a guess i'd say it's your ezs that is the problem. w164 have a problem with burnt out contact pins in the ezs that most of the time causes these problems.

Anyone have this problem:
