Citroen Xsara 2.0hdi Problems

Hi i have in my garage a citroen xsara 2.0hdi from 2002 it as a 3 plug bosch edc15c2 0281010871
the car came to me becouse it as a irratic idle and dont respond throttle pedal .
whit lexia it shows
P1614
p0121
p0235
and it could not be erased as it is permanent.

one strange thing that i notice is that the car as immo off but wen i look in to the eeprom 5p08 it as no signs off been take it off and as far as i know to do immo off on this ecu it needs to be on flash and eeprom right ?.

any tips on this ?

i have put your files immo off and they are ok but the problem still remains , i have check all the wires all ok , so maybe the Ecu is the Problem i will try to get another one and try

Wont argue but thought there are single 60 way (whatever) and 3 plug version
differsnt

im just a leecher so not sure off hand
