EDC16U34 Cloning
Hello there folks,
i have a 2007 VW Passat B6 1.9TDI BKC
i have purchased a map file for my car from Roarcuss
however after reading the horror stories of bricking ECU (my daily driver)
i want to buy another ECU to flash with a clone of my current ECU
however does anyone know how to do a complete clone of one ECU to another including IMMO ?
i have VCDS and a MPPS cable

i think in your case ( as you mention you don't have tools for bdm reading...) is to find one ecu with same h/w and s/w (if it possible) numbers and just swap the eeprom....

MPPS can do it without problems.
