No, because i don't plug any card inside HFM.

so the PIN and ISK is not from card.

The HFM is virgin. But RET give me ISK and PIN.

From where he read ISK and PIN if HM is virgin???

today same car same year , i accidentally push "reset HFM" buton , car was in official Renault dealer : official CAN-clip failed to program HFM + existing card ( "blank card error" , but no blank ) , Renault Ecu Tool provide me ISK + PIN code , i finish job with R.E.T with this codes
Happy end for me ! why is possible ?

#me too !

1° Dealer call me to add card Captur 2018 .... he talk me about his life problem .... distract me ...
2° I reset to virgin HFM by error : FATAL ERROR > can not learn cards > HFM virgin message !
3° he connect CAN CLIP to program HFM + OLD CARD : he failed with message "blank card error" , but no blank card
3° i connect R.E.T for write V.I.N to help > V.I.N already write !!! ( by can-clip ? )
4° i test lear HFM > ISK & PIN code appear in screen of R.E.T
5° I input this codes > step one : learn old card ( to program HFM ) > steep two : learn new +old card

i don't understand if R.E.T REALLY VIRGIN HFM or if is CAN-CLIP beginning to learning HFM and failed ...
but i think R.E.T use this bug in system for learn card after 2015 ( 99% sure ! ) and other tool to theft cars AKL after 2015 ) with pre-code ISK in virgin card

for information, when you use RET for virgin hfm, isk is still present. Virgin not means virgin isk but means "ready to code new isk"!

for flat battery NO , only Renault.net can do it , all data are lost definitely . For AKL need to test SMOK for already user of this tool ???

Surely Renault should pay if flat battery and car not start why are they not liable since this should not happen to new models of cars.

it's not an expensive OP , 40-80€ , yes it's anomal breakdown , towing & delay to repair car it's more boring

HI, Does someone can provide a clear virgin dump for HFM? Which will be a ready to learn HFM. I'll try to code with dump from head but receive "7f3122 conditions not set or sequence error". So I guess this is not possible to learn HFM with this dump.

Ecu Tool will read the real isk and pin from bcm on phase 2 models and then can use a transponder read write tool to make correct pre coded card

and then use to relearn hfm and learn card
