Default How to clone a BMW ECU ME9.2 with BMD100

    Hi there,

    I'm unfortunately an absolute beginner.

I would have to clone the following ECU

    BOSCH ME9.2 from a BMW e46 318i

    Bosch-0261209005-768x432.jpg

Today my ordered BDM100 has arrived.

I wanted to connect the BDM100 directly to the ECU with wires.

Which pin of the BDM100 do I have to connect to which point on the ECU?

It would be nice if you could help me.
    Thank you

    Regards Dieter

    mate... use search function.
You cant use only bdm by bdm100 china tool ... need extra wire, you wil find by research.

With ori tools no problem at all.

    Thank you for your answer.

Do you mean the extra power supply with extra cables?

    I found the following Picture.

    bosch_xprog.jpg
But there are lines that I don't have with the BDM100.

    What are Ori Tools?

As a beginner, it is not easy to see through there.

Thank you both for the info…

Unfortunately I can not load the file. I have no authorization.

But I just managed to read and write the ECU myself.
I had not properly soldered a 12v wire.

    Thanks and Greetings
    Dieter
