    Hi,
    try to find the fault. Tell EXACTLY what happens when you try to start car in standard form, also the exact model of car - year, don't just wiz the ign key round, pause between each turn.

    So, 1) immo light flashing once a second 2)put key in ign and turn to ign on possition, light now flashing fast...etc etc tell us exactly.

    Here are some common faults, 3 relays oxadised terminals, replace fuses (3) even if not blown, put jump leads on pos+ and the neg- engine block to test engine earth strap, resolder teminals in key, check 2 amp fuse in dash end, clean teminal on white wire at front of starter, clean white multiplug in bottom of fuse box, check impact sensor on wing, check wires in little plug near bat,
