Unhappy Panda 0.9 CNG no gear learn

    NO gear learn

Panda 0.9 CNG 80hp MANUAL gearbox, year 2017, changed engine ECU now I have 2 active DTC:
P1306-55 neutral - first gear learning
    P080A-55 clutch pedal learning

Tried "neutral - first gear learning procedure" but end with no success.

The two DTC are always active so no chance to delete.
Fiat suggests to change gear sensor near gear selector.
Changed sensor being careful to place it as the old one, no difference,
    same errors, same behaviour.

In live data the clutch pedal state is correctly determined.
In live data the gear selected is always "neutral"
The only gear recognized is reverse gear.

So this new ECU has two DTC and engine will not crank.
With old ECU engine crank and start, no fault related to neutral or first gear
    or clutch pedal.
The old ECU is damaged and can't control engine properly, that's why I have to replace it.

Have you ever had this kind of problem?

    reset on your scanner
I can reset adaptive parameters but it doesn't solve.
    can you bump start it
    Not tried. I will try.
how did you deal with the immboliser??
Bought ECU new from Fiat, the ECU will learn the key when you try to start, that's what someone told me.
New ecu is coded for this gearbox ?
I don't know. In this ECU and the old ECU there are no information to identify gearbox code.

Both ECU see only neutral position even if a forward gear is selected.
Both ECU recognize only reverse gear. I'll see if it's by reverse gear switch in the gearbox.

I'll check the wirings from gear sensor to ECU.

According to Fiat those DTCs are for incorrect learning procedure.

I can only say there is no way to complete the learning procedure.

Check your Clutch Pedal Sensor aswell the Nutral Sensor for your Gearbox Shifter. The nutral Position Sensor must have around 40 % Value when u check with diagnostic Like Multiecuscan or Alfa OBD.

Wiring from gearlever sensor to ECU is ok.
Had no time to pull start the car because had to give priority to other cars.
Fiat want the screenprint of the procedure.
    Clutch Pedal Sensor
It's fine. Both ECU recognize if the pedal is full pressed or not.
The nutral Position Sensor must have around 40 % Value
Fiat Micropod doesn't display any % for gearbox shifter sensor.

    SOLVED

Spent a lot of minutes to "try again" the learning procedure without success.
Then I had to contact Fiat via the pay-chat.
    Repeat upper row.
And the key man told me to try the Gearbox substitution procedure.
    Completed with success.
THEN try the neutral-first gear learn procedure.
    Completed WITH success.
    And the engine start.

The new ECU have to learn
    1) the clutch pedal
    2) the neutral and first gear

But the DTC related to the cluth pedal goes away only
if you use the "Gearbox and/or clutch exchange" procedure.

You really have to do nothing to the car, just click this and click that,
    follow the instruction

    THEN

you can do successfully the "neutral and first gear learning".

Hi - sorry for my ignorance - what system / software are you doing these procedures in?

    System is micropod (OEM Fiat)
    Software is Witech (OEM Fiat)

At that time I didn't have the working micropod so I used the old VCI pod (OEM Fiat)
