BMW X3 3.0i ECU cloning problem

Hi,
I try to clone ms45 5wk93016 and I get alot of errors (photo atached), I make full backup and write on the new ecu and errors apear.
I have 3 donor ecu, 2 with the same hardware version, 1 have diferent numbers but is from x3 3.0i and look the same inside and numbers printed on the bord.
So I spend alot of money trying to clone my ecu, first I send to one company here in uk and they cloned for 100£ but the same problem, then I buy ktag from ebay(not original, but read an write without problem) and the same errors.
I do ews-ecu synchronization works only with original ecu.
will attach files from ktag.
Car was diagnosed in bmw deler with bad dme/ecu.
anything wrong with this files, do they need to be "virginaised" ..

Did you also restore full backup and get shown correct vin ... ?
5WK... Number same and both MS45.0 not MS45.1 ?

I'm having similar issue. Going to try loading both backups in hex editor today and see if they differ..

Ive done 4 or 5 of them and never got this problems.

Before you do anything, try this:

1. goto your "Ktag" folder and rename it for back up. just add "$$$Kag" to the front of the folder.
2. install C+++ C++ 2005 SP1 ver 8.0.61001_x86.rar
3. instal original Ktag program from Alienware. Do not connect your China Ktag modules just do software installs only!!
4. delete the new Alienware install you just installed by deleting the folder only don't use "uninstall" and rename your first "$$$Ktag" back to "Ktag" back to its original name by removing the $$$
5. Re-boot your system
6. test READ DME they should Read now without errors, also make sure to delete all your failed or suspect dumps!!!
7. once you have a good read without error re-boot sytem again before you write function, this should fix all your inconstant dumps and fix errors writing.

One other thing China Ktag comes with 12 volt 1.0A power supply try to use a 12 volt 2.0A some DME don't like 1.0A
A correct perfect clone will not need any coding the car will start just like the original DME without the need to code it.

I hope this helps as I had the same issues from my original install of Ktag.
