Volvo Key Chip Program V40 S40

Hi,

I have a customer with all keys lost issue. The vehicle is a V40. I've just done new keys from lock barrel so can open and close car now however cannot start engine a of course no correct chip! Vehicle has a blue control unit 30864648 https://www.volvo340onderdelen.nl/en...o-s40-v40.html

What is the procedure for programming keys please? Worst case solution is immobiliser off but unsure of this age of Volvo.

Smart Pro and Autel 508/608 program these no problem, dont even need the ignition on.
Autel list year from 2012 to 2018

Blue unit - 93c66, id44 from 7935,by dump start the vehicle

First generation of immo. for Volvo 1999 to 2004 with Eeprom 93c56 and 93c66 Incircuit reading is possible if you short out the clock.

Here you go. Read this. Put dump in tool that you have. Prepare pcf7935 and it's ready to start job
