Nissan NV200 2013 1.5 dci

Hi, I own this car from title, it has 2 problems, one cruise control not working, one some kind of power loss. Cruise control works just if I delete dtcs but after about 10 minutes it appears again.
Some guys told me is clutch switch but how to check it ?

Looks like split intercooler or boost pipe

remove airfilter, start indian, shove a rag NOT YOUR HAND, see if it stops or carryis on do runn, ya do run run

Boost pipe is replaced already but still have that error, should I remove air filter to see what ?
Also, Cruise control does not work after a while( to be more exactly after I remove dtcs, they reappear)
