Default Renault edc16c36 failed on obd

Hi, i have renault trafic. After writing mod file with kess (Original) , car started to drop rail faults, engine is working roughly, rpm shaking. Coding was readed before, writed after few times, no success.
We written original file ,but same situation. I found bdm reading in this forum, written it over OBD but same situation, written same bdm reading on bdm with Ktag (original) , also same. Can someone see if eeprom corrupted?

This is 2.5dCi. You must change type of FUEL PUMP in engine ecu coding. From TYPE 1 to TYPE2 (or from 2 to 1, i don't remember).
Make it with Renault Clip or LAUNCH.
    This is all you need.

Yes you must do all adaptation you have in Renault Clip after that all will be ok . I had similiar situation. Just reading and writing will erase parameters.
