I cannot see details in picture as it is too small also details not in english with all can bus vehicles it is best to do full network test as several modules need to confirm data to permit starting looking at just engine PCM can sometimes mislead you with your problem What is your rail pressure during cranking?

This failure can come from an injector in short circuit, it is necessary to disconnect the injectors one by one and try to start
Or a short circuit in the injectors' harness, the injectors and the ECU must be disconnected and then the insulation of the wires checked.
Or from the ECU himself (faulty Mosfet), the injectors must be disconnected and the voltages on the eight wires must be compared to the earth under ignition on.
