    Default W204 climate control

    Hi
    In last mounth i get 3 Mercedes w204 climate control dead.
    Anyone can help to repair this units?

    Hello to all. What do you mean dead? No power, no display, no control, no diag or.....? Open one, make real good photos of pcb front and back, post here and lets go.

    Hello to all. Start by cheking main voltage on mcu after that 5v for suport ic's.

    Yes i have i ressolder all and now i have ligths in bench mode +12 and GND but in car not work.
    I think the problem is the nxp ct9471 (i think its a Can chip) but i not found any information and spare chip to buy and test

    hello, I also have a car with a climate problem in the workshop !!

    don't turn it on !! In diagnosis does not respond! controlled with wiring diagram all ok, 12v GND and CAN 60ohm !!
    I saw on eBay that it will be repaired with 30Euro !!
    you have information

    Other idea, spray entire board with uv ink, and light clear coat, send away, open up use uv light see what changed
