DELPHI RCD310 read eeprom issue

Hello,
I try read EEPROM 24cl32 in car radio Skoda swing, but without success. Carprog or RPI3 shows all 00. Someone has an idea why it doesn't work? The radio works normally. Thanks.

Did you unsolder it or trying read on a board?

Will be simplest unsold an eeprom I think or unsold two resistors conected to 5,6 pins IC if you don't want unsold IC

I tried unsold IC , but it still not work! I think eeprom is death, because RPi3 not found on list of i2c-adress.

Here is a dump from a RCD310 Delpi. Eeprom is a 24C32. code for dump is 0700.
