    Default Delphi ds100e New vci stuck in firmware update

    Hello everyone,

    As the title said the ds100e chinese stuck in firmware update at 95%

    Hardware ds100e (New vci)
    Serial number 100251
    Eobd 115
    Firmware version 1513

    Tried on delphi 2016 2.16.00
    And delphi 2014.r2
    Same issue.

    While updating leds don't blink, only steady blue.

    Is there any idea? Thx
