Delphi ds100e New vci stuck in firmware update

Hello everyone,

As the title said the ds100e chinese stuck in firmware update at 95%

Hardware ds100e (New vci)
Serial number 100251
Eobd 115
Firmware version 1513

Tried on delphi 2016 2.16.00
And delphi 2014.r2
Same issue.

While updating leds don't blink, only steady blue.

Is there any idea? Thx

If possible what delphi version or autocom that works with firmware 1513 without updating

Ok tried with another version delphi 2014.3
Was able to update firmware with it.

You can paste this Firmware 1430 to SW 2014.2 and 2016.0. Your tester will run on SW 2014.3, 2014.2 and 2016.0 without having to update FW

Thanks Mario6 for the info. Have another problem, no communication to the car, relay clicks normally, tried f 1430 & 1513. will try another version since i heard sw 2014.3 not stable. Will test it on sw 2016.00 and see.
