17580 works for me with HEX-Net ---but how do you do the reset because I don't get it to work

I try whit few steering rack and only 50% of rack working login + factory and i don't know why. Whit one try to program online and parametrization online but not luck. If someone know why please explain thanks

Hi yes just want to mention this too 28183 login code does give you access 100% but when i do reset to factory settings or clear all and reset to all factory settings and adaptations it goes from active to not active in a few seconds .Then it say incoorect sequence with maxisys.That is what i do not understand.Maybe the steering is not compatible or broken ,i think.....
