e92 2011 cas3+ key add problem

Hello all

what i did is:
- read eeprom from cas using xprog
- added new key on new position using HT2 v3.1 from working key that i have
- i wrote back eeprom bin to cas, that was generated in HT2 with added key

finally new key doean't want to start the car
before all i didn't wrote back new eeprom and key also didn't start car so i wrote updated eeprom, new key is locked with my cas information

what am i doing wrong
pls help or give any solution

i got:
- original cas eeprom bin
- updated cas eeprom bin
- key bin that i added to eeprom
if this can help

HT2v3.1 is not able to generate crypted keys. take other programmer.

are you sure?
look there is crypto mode automatically choosed when pcf7945 transponder is in the coil

can you help me and add my key into eeprom using bmw explorer or multi tool if you have?

pretty sure tried it different time

as far as i know only BMW Explorer can make cryptkeys with hitag2

do you have cgpro cgdi bmw vvdi acdp or something?

i added this key into first free position which is 2 (key numbers from 0-9)

give page3 config/psw from working key will try something, doesnt have explorer or multitool

the only page i can read from working and writted key (not unused) is page 0
maybe this 2 files from working key will help?

i also don't understand, why there are so many youtube vids, with making keys like i did using xprog and ht2, no one says that it can't work

Give it for someone who know and have tool to do. Here is Locksmith forum and not youtube forum.

What you think is diffrent than the real life. Here we help each others for sure, but we cannot help for someone who doesn't have minimum skill and tools to do what he is doing.

If you have learned correctly, you'll know Hitag key cannot do as you ask for.

but i still know that bmw explorer can add key into cas, prepared by HT2
just if anyone can help and add it to my dump on 2 position (which is 3rd key)

you can't , ALL keys contain an CODE to decript ISN in CAS3+ , in new key you don't have this code !
And never write back in BMW ...ISN.JPG

Use Crypto CC 54 25 25 EA C2 to read all pages of Key0, 86 D1 25 6F 8F B1 for Key1 and DE 08 AC 1F 87 35 for the new key. Let's see if we can spot where the app screwed the pooch.

YES but NO , engine never start is CAS3+ send bad ISN , ISN is de-crypted by KEY
a) you have real ISN ( in engine )
b) you have an working key + an real BMW tool
c) 64 time method + an real BMW tool

The only way for Mr Chrisman is toi let it down or to invest 600$-1500$ in another tool
