Default Renault Clio 2007 replacement / clone such

Hello all I’m in need of some help with a replacement Uch n85 on a Renault Renault Clio Sport 2007. I have got a replacement Uch with the same numbers. What is needed in being able to clone or transfer data between the two? I have ordered a Renolink Red obd SX cable as I see this has many functions for this , But unfortunately it’s stuck in China due to virus! Can the eprom just be swaped?

Hey. I did the replacement of UCH with the first generation megane (2002). Rearranged the processor and everything works.
