    Default MEVD 17.2 ISN change

Can anyone change the ISN in the MEVD 17.2 ?
Im thinking to read the valid ISN from CAS and then insert that to new donor DME

No, u have to read isn from DME and inset to CAS. This is correct way.
    ECU REPAIR , cloning ECU
Chip Tuning dumps ECU - ORI MOD, DPF FAP
    Flashing ECU , diagnostic etc.

If I do this way then I will lock out the 8hp19 trasmission security since the tranny shares the same ISN. I believe that I need to just change the ISN in the donor DME

You can read ISN from the ol dmodule if the module communicates or you can read the same ISN from CAS module. it does not matter.

I did that with a mevd17.2.3 a couple months ago. Read from the original, wrote to the donor. Did it with Autohex but also tried CGDI, which had no problems with it. If I remember correctly, a 2018 Mini, according to my bud who brought me the ECUs.

Here are the P Flash and D flash of the new donor DME
The new ISN below needs to be written in
If You could also adjust the VIN that would be awesome.
