CLIO IV Power steering fail

I have a problem with Power Seering in clio IV 1.5 dci 2014y. Sometimes PS when I turn around steering wheel is turn off and dash says " poweer steering fault". Clip says fault C3003- Power unit incorrect. I check power and everything is ok but in parameters sometimes voltage is less than 9v and then fault. It is interesting that when the power steering is turned off, after pressing the clutch pedal it starts working !!! And again, when I release the clutch then PS turns off. I exchanged all PS for other efficient and still the same. Can anyone help me because I lack ideas

Have you checked the charging costs?

Maybe sometimes there is a lack of voltage and therefore turns off

Ok. I found a problem. The ground point on the bulkhead wall deep behind the battery was losse connection.
Never crashed car and maybe who will use it in the future

Does pressing the clutch on that car bends the firewall?
Wonder how depressing clutch was messing with that ground point.
