Galleto v54 jtag/ bdm

Hi just wondering if anyone can help with galleto

I'm trying to read a ECU via jtag I've connected the ECU has instructed but when I press connect I get a send file error .

Does the 12v need to go to the box or the connector on the cable itself ?

And does it need to be powered on before impress the connect button ?

Tried 3 ECUs 1 with jtag and 2 with BDM adapter all failed to connect and got send file message .

Salut quel ECU essaie tu de lire ? je suis novice j'ai tester hier ma premiere lecture sur EDC15c2 c'est un des plus facile mais c pa simple !!
