    ive tried to write my original file back to the car it errors on security acsess

    looks like your going to have to bdm it and write ori there was nothing wrong with the file i provided as i have used it on many ppds with the same modifications so something not quite right with tool on this occasion maybe mpps messed up checksum or voltage drop hard to say mate

    i dont have a bdm mate i wouldnt even know where to start is my car dead

    Only way to recover ecu is to bdm its locked ecu aka bricked these are the risks when messing with ecu especially using dated tools v13 has no recovery option if you was using kess v2 or v18 you might have been able to recover it v13 is not stable maybe it worked in the past but there are always risks anything can go wrong.
    if you dont know what your doing then look about for someone in your area who can bdm and write the new file a provided thats all i can do from here mate

    so if i buy a mpps v18 or kess v2 can i recover my ecu via the odb port

    possibly as the latest kess v2 clone has a recovery option and is way more stable and also v18 can also recover but i would use that money to pay someone to bdm it as i cant guarantee that kess and v18 will be able to recover it through obd

    try to flash this file in recovery by mpps and put battery charger during flashing and report here

    my mpps v13 does have recovery mode but now even in recovery mode all i get is (required time delay not expired followed by invalid key) on mpps

    If it takes AVDs file as that is the original that has not been messed with it should take it and recover then flash the new file that I posted

    ok i will try tomorrow as its late now ive been reading up that when mpps says (required time delay not expired followed by invalid key) you have to wait 30 minutes with the ignition on because its locked me out is this true
