    Default EDC16C34/2.20 1037399617 g8db Ford Focus Kess v2

Good evening everyone, kindly I need help, I have a Ford focus 1.6 tdci of 2009 engine code g8db, I own the kess v2 clone where, however, in the list there is the abbreviation g8da not g8db, I was able to read the file through kess anyway, the control unit is identified as EDC16C34 / 2.20 the software number is: 1037399617 what I ask is you can write this control unit with the kess v2 clone, can you please help me?

Hello, the most secure way it's with BDM, if your kess is good eu clone, i think will do that ECU but need to make it exactly the way KESS V2 say it... after flash wait 3 min and i forgot other special requirements...
    Regards

Once you've read it, you should be able to write it down.

Good evening thank you for the answers, my kess v2 is version 2.47 it was bought recently on amazon if you want I still have the link with the specifications, however it is the one with the red pcb, if I proceed with the writing waiting 3 minutes I run the risk of blocking the control unit? In the meantime, thank you guys

hello, with a good kess 2.47 you can write it and read it almost "safely". I on an ecu focus edc16 I have not had the opportunity to read it in obd.
