Techstream connection problem

Hello, have problem with Techstream V15.00.026(02/2020) ,pc: Windows 7 x64

But when i try connect to car i get error " Visual C++ run time error"
1: reinstalled and tryed other techstream versions - won't work
2: reinstalled all visual C++ versions few times , reinstalled java , framework - won't work
3: updated all pc drivers - won't work

Were could be problem? Few years ago i used old Techstream 9.10.037 and all worked perfect ,but now and this wont work
some one maybe can help in this situation ?

Cant see anything with these photos mate,they are pretty small sized!
