Last generation of Ford Fiesta, if you lower the rear part of the trim to remove the antenna, then you put trim back in position but no,
it stay 5mm to 10mm lower than before, no way to gain original position.
Happened on 5 Fiestas. Had to glue some because the final position was ugly.

Not sure if this is the surveillance you are talking about..
The eCall system is designed to improve emergency response times to incidents, and from April 2018 it's a pan-European standard that now has to be fitted to any new model being type approved for sale in the European market.
Much like the compulsory fitting of daytime running lights to new cars, eCall will only be standard on brand-new cars type approved from April 2018 onwards,
Old news, nowadays ,when you buy a car, you get a tin can with an VIN and an IMEI .

    Reading this atm, OT ofcourse.
A failure will not appear till a unit has passed final inspection

Glow plug on pug 407 hdi or C5.
Maybe engine was intended to be longitudinal mounted so you can easily remove them rather than original transverse position?

Mini N47--- diesel engine 130000 km engine blocked by timing chain
car has had regular service since new.
Well Mini explain it to the customer.

Nissan micra dCi 2007, Kia Picanto benzin 2005, Vw Polo benzin 2002, timing chain out of synchro.

New Ford Fiesta (october 2020 till present) diesel engine require 6 LITERS of 0W30
(could run a van engine with that amount of oil)

Alfa Romeo Stelvio diesel - oil filter a little difficult to reach by hand expecially if you are not 2 meters tall.
Your arm is not long enough to reach the oil filter cup. Need a 32mm fixed spanner to unscrew then continue to unscrew
with a ratchet 32mm. If you start to unscrew with the ratchet it will flip off the cup every second.
Oil filter is located in front of the engine, driver side, half height of the engine block, there could be a pipe and a sensor
hiding it, no worry, pipe is movable but will disturb you forever.
Once you fit and screw new filter, no way to check with your nail if cup has reached base of engine. No space.

Alfa Romeo Giulia copy paste, might not have disturbing pipe in front of oil cup.

Discovery 201X diesel 2.0 at 60.000 km DTCs cam sensor and rpm sensor.
You think it need timing chain.
The mechanic do the job: remove engine mount, gearbox, full front and everything necessary to have space, when the floor is FULL
of Discovery's parts you can do the timing but most program don't have timing chain procedure at the time of writing.
    Found one in a website.
Remount everything, test the car and...dual turbo noise.
So at 60.000km timing + dual turbo
    =
get another car because these engine are known to fatal break at 90.000km for oil pump failure.
    ----
Timing chain remove and refit tempo is 15- 20- 25 hours?
