RNS315 FW Update Failed

Hello everyone,

i have a nasty problem with my
RNS315 3C0 035 279 C
SW 0263 HW H34

It failed during a map update to V11 (Original VW). Semmed to be not that uncommon. So i decided to update to FW 0270, since in change log is mentioned, fix for map update problems.
But .... the FW update failed also :-(.

The first 2 progress bars ran through fine. The last stucks every time at 48% then i get the error in attached pic.

My guess was the flashmemory failed during write process. So i swapped the S25FL129P but no luck.

Someone an idea ? maybe a damaged DRAM ? is there some FW data in the 29F16G08 ?
Maybe someone has dumps from same unit ? i only found from other indexes and HW versions.
