    Exclamation BDM Frame Pinouts Different

    Hi guys

As some of you know im trying to read a Denso ECU from a Nissan trail.

I set it up on my frame but i keep getting this error:

If you look at the last pin on the adapter you can see that it doesn't have a pad on the ecu to connect to:

Also while looking at the "solder" connection it looks like different pads on the ECU are being used:

Is this normal as i would expect the the connections on the ECU would be the same when using a frame as it would soldering the wires?

    Thanks for any help given

    Thanks for all the replies

I checked all the pinouts and they were sort of correct....

The strange thing is that the two end pins don't connect to anything so they may as well have just removed them.

I moved the adapter one pin along and ive managed to read it.

But now i have a new problem that i think i should make a new thread for as it may help others.

    Thanks again

I thought the idea of these forums is to help others with the same problem in the future?

Hence why i posted my solution (i hate it when people don't post back how they resolved the problem in the end) and concluded it with a big thanks to all that tried to help.

Your the one bumping this concluded thread that should have fallen into the archives to help others.

All my other threads are about different problems that should make it easier for people to find in the future.

But if everyone wants me to stop posted then ill stop posing back show i solve future problems?

People value your feedback, please don't stop posting solutions.

It doesn't matter how many times it has been posted, the more the merrier.

    Some people are just ungrateful.
Please DO NOT PM me asking for help.

Post in the forum, that is what it is here for.
