sorry its been a while well its gone back to owner all fixed and no smoke fuel levels great.
1) frayed signal wire from MAF sensor had to run new wire from ECU.
2)CCV valve goosed had intermittent sticking changed rocker cover problem solved apart from oil contamination.
3)CAT partially blocked caused by CCV valve. done deep clean on cat trying to save it left soaking in detergent for 48 hours with air diffuse at bottom for flow.
4)bent timing ring on camshaft just enough to put it out a few degrees.
5)needed do flush inter cooler due to oil contamination.
6)intermittent leak from vacuum outlet pipe changed pipe seal getting full vacuum.
obviously these problems had been going on for a while after cleaning all pipes and vacuum lines startup was like a sauna with residue left in pipes two hours later with a good run down country roads with a steam trail after me and a run back on the motorway running like a charm no smoke and all reading spot on.

nearly he was told what needed doing and approx cost before anything was done.
But he paid after we picked him up off the floor.

over £900 he was happy only found out after he had all injectors changed new cam sensor and MAF sensor changed by another garage and still was running like sh-t.
injectors are not cheap.

i would sold for scrap myself but hes put a lot of mods on it some people are willing to pay for some unknown reason.
