Astra J BCM cloning

We have been asked to look at a BCM issue by a garage local.
Appears the BCM has a fault.

Anyone cloned one before?
I have seen several companies offering this service.
Would be the easiest solution to just swap clone BCM.

We have eeprom programmers.
Is it a case of copying the eeprom data over?
Initial research suggests something else also needs swapping over.

Just move data from 25160 EEPROM to new one

From what I understand, to fully clone these you need data from eeprom and flash.
We sent ours to one of the specialists and it came back as being corrupt.

So we have sourced another and had it virginised so we can reprogram back to the car.
